The Giulio
Gari foundation is built on the legacy of
Giulio Gari, leading tenor of the Metropolitan Opera. Throughout his
career, Giulio always encouraged young singers.
Our foundation was
established in 2001 as a 501c3
non-profit organization to promote the careers of young opera singers.
We host an annual vocal competition where winners are awarded grants
and are introduced to audiences at foundation events.
The Giulio Gari Foundation helps future generations of classical
singers in America.
